Fiona MacGregor graduated from Edinburgh medical school in 1986 She subsequently trained in otolaryngology at the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London. She has been a consultant at Gartnavel General Hospital and the Royal Hospital for Sick Children Yorkhill Glasgow since 1997.
Fiona is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Glasgow University and an Intercollegiate Examiner for the Intercollegiate Specialty Board in Otorhinolaryngology. She is currently Chairman of ENT Scotland. She is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine, ENT-UK and The British Association of Paediatric Otolaryngologists.
Fiona has published and lectured widely on her particular surgical interests and she teaches on a number of national courses including the faculty of The British Academic Conference in Otolaryngology and the British Paediatric Otolaryngology Course. She reviews papers for a number of journals including The International Journal of Paediatric Otolaryngology.
Fiona has the skills and experience to look at product development and sales from a physician’s perspective because of her strong scientific and surgical background.
